ABOUT ME

Dr. Ahmet Demir completed his middle and high school education in Istanbul and graduated from İnönü University Faculty of Medicine in 1997. Between 1997 and 2006, he worked as a physician at the State Hospital, health center, and Tuberculosis Dispensary in Viranşehir, Şanlıurfa. During this period, he also served as a doctor and administrator at the Private Lokman Hekim Polyclinic.

Between 2006 and 2008, Dr. Ahmet Demir worked at Bartın Maternity and Pediatric Diseases Hospital. At the same time, he established and managed the Private Yaşam Medical Center. After serving as a Family Physician in Bartın from 2008 to 2012, he worked as the Director of Public Health in Bartın between 2012 and 2016. In 2016-2017, he worked at Antalya Konyaaltı Community Health Center. From 2017 to 2021, he practiced tourism medicine in the Belek region under Antalya Private Serik Anadolu Hospital. Since 2022, he has been working at his private clinic in Şişli. He is married and a father of three children—one son and two daughters. He speaks English fluently, as well as intermediate Arabic and Russian. In addition to his medical degree, he has completed three other university programs, holding master’s degrees in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, and Healthcare Institution Management from the Turkish Aeronautical Association University.
